Cancellations, Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

We only allow cancellations if they are made within 24 hours of purchase. If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us below under "Ask a Question" or through our contact page here.

As we are a small company that creates products on demand to minimize waste, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. We will still do our best to help you with your situation should you encounter one,  please reach out we will get back to you within 24 hours.

We do not refund for carrier errors. If your order has been marked as successfully delivered in the system and you have still not received your package, we highly encourage you to contact your carrier.

We do allow refunds or reprints if there is a specific issue with your order. Please reach out to us here if you need assistance.

Our manufacturers use the latest direct-to-garment (DTG) printing technology and high-quality inks. Your custom garment won't fade for a long time if taken care of properly, so we recommend you follow the care instructions on this page to guarantee the longevity of your pieces.
